I provided the Cascades Conservation Partnership with analyses and maps of the most promising parcels to create a wildlife corridor between Mount Rainier National Park with the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area. The map on the left shows the 'checkerboard' area the Partnership was working with the insure an ownership and management approach conducive to wildlife movement. Maps on the right are from a fourteen page high resolution atlas of the area that was printed on oversize paper (ANSI B 11x17). It was frequently used by hikers seeking to visit the parcels being acquired by the Partnership. Click here to open an Acrobat PFD file of the entire atlas.
